Coaches Information

Home Home Coaches Information

This page shows coaches information for both the Las Vegas Girls Super Showcase and the Las Vegas Spring Showcase. Information specific to each of the events will be listed at the bottom of the page.

You must submit 2 rosters. You must complete your team roster through the Jam On It – Tournament Connect roster system. This roster will be used for scout books, and the NCAA BBCS system, this roster will be turned into the NCAA.

All coaches must have a USAB GOLD License, not the associates. Coaches must complete this in order to sit on the bench during the event. To begin the process CLICK HERE.

In order for players to be eligible for the event, they must complete the following:
1. If you played in any NCAA tournaments last year, renew your account from last year (do not create a new account – creating a new profile when you already have one will create errors in your profile). If you don’t remember your login, click on “forgot password” and enter your email address. If you have issues finding your account, contact the NCAA at 844-562-6201. If you did not participate in any NCAA tournaments last year, register as a new user in the BBCS. All players participating in a NCAA tournament must have a profile regardless of age or grade. Important information regarding Address Type: If a player lives at home with their biological parents, then make sure to use the “biological parents” option, if a player was adopted or lives with a court appointed guardian, use those options accordingly, however, they must then upload legal documentation and/or 2 years of transcripts proving residency. If a player goes to boarding school, they must get approval from NCAA to play with the team. If the wrong selection was made by mistake, the player must contact the NCAA and make the correction with them.
2. Confirm your registration by clicking the registration link in the auto-generated email from ECAG.
3. Watch the educational video (no more sitting through the same video at
every event).
4. Enter school and team information.
5. Accept/Reject invitations from team coach(es).

Coaches must have a USAB license for BBCS access. To create a BBCS account CLICK HERE.
1. If you coached in any NCAA tournaments last year, renew your account from last year (do not create a new account – creating a new profile when you already have one will create errors in your profile). If you don’t remember your login, click on “forgot password” and enter your email address. If you have issues finding your account, contact the NCAA at 844-562-6201. If you did not participate in any NCAA tournaments last year, register as a new user in the BBCS.
2. Confirm your registration by clicking the registration link in the auto generated email from ECAG.
3. Once you have renewed or created your profile, enter your team address, you will then be able to search for players and coaches to set up your “bench”. Each coach must create a profile, but only one Coach is required to set up the “bench” for teams. If you are head coach for multiple teams, you will put all players and coaches in the same bench. Information regarding NCAA flags: It is the coaches  responsibility to review all flags for players and coaches on your bench and make sure appropriate documentation is uploaded when necessary.
4. Once your bench is set up, you have to create the roster for the event. To do this, click on the “my roster” tab then search for the event and click on “create roster” on the right. You will see your “bench” and you will add players and coaches to the appropriate teams, make sure to name the team at the top of this page. You will do this for each team from your bench. Until you have obtained a USAB GOLD License, you WILL NOT be able to perform any activity in the BBCS beyond creating a user account. This means that you WILL NOT be able to:
Search for other coaches or athletes, create a “bench” of participants or create a “roster” to participate in an event. If you wait until right before the event to begin this process, you will more than likely not be cleared in time to coach in the event, which means your team will not be cleared to participate due to not completing the necessary steps in a timely matter.
